from an experienced woman , size can matter, but it can work out, it also depends on the experience of the woman and if she has had children etc..
if you know you have a smaller than average pecker, first really get to know your woman, dont rush into anything, develop a good friendship, and if you have that right chemistry or connection , give her a small hint of what the package might be. or what might lie ahead, if you have physical and emotional attraction going both ways more than likely size wont matter. i would much rather have a guy with a smaller penis and be good to me than have a jerk with a big penis.trust me on this one, from experience That said as an experienced woman you sure as hell better be creative with your tongue or toys. Many girls have told me no. But some say bigger is better. One said smaller is better because it stays harder longer and easier on the throat etc.
Basically, if you want to star in porn movies or pose for viagra ads, then size matters, To please a girl size is not the important thing.
