I am a little thick and it upsets me because I have flat butt, I don’t know what to do. I am trying to stay away from plastic surgery. Also, I have thick shoulders; does anyone know what I can do in order to help me achieve my goal? I would really appreciate honest answers.

cardio!! run!! thats what beyonce did in her early years. and jessica simpson did it to prepare for her movie in daisy dukes saw it on vh1 best bodies

idk..
i've been working out to kathy smith's videos.. the stomache and thieghs exercise..it also helps the butt :)
some other exercises for a better butt is doing side lunges with little weights..do 3 sets of 10 total..
also the basic squat and do 20..
if you wanna get better theighs and a nicer butt you can do jumps.. just squat down as far as you can and push up off the ground as high and push your arms up as far as you can.. these are the only exercises I know of, so good luck!!

sit on the floor with your legs crossed like a cat and waddle around the room on your buns! this actually works and tighten your butt making it tighter and smaller
