maybe they want to know how easily you fall in love. if you're say 25 and you've been 'in love' 5 times i probably wouldn't take her seriously either!!
or it could be they want to know how many boyfriends you have had so they know how experienced you are and maybe if you're not they feel they don't have to 'perform' so well,as you may not know any different, or they want to show off that they might be better than the rest!!

fear plain and simple. do i "measure" up.is he bigger than me, was he better than me. maybe I'm no good in bed. women have all the power and most of you fail to realize how fragile a guys ego is. my advice as a gay male to you ladies edit your past. you'll both be happier, no matter what guys say in reality he feels like lotsa #s for him is stud city, but you'll forever be a whore in his eyes if you've ever been promiscuous

1) they want to know if you're easy
