hmm.

ok chill babe.

Try using clean and clear, then following with a treatment like neutrogena that you can put on to help get rid of the pimples, then use a moisturiser like garnier pure A. ALWAYS use sun protection because your skin will be a bit more fragile from using acne products

a good diet is great make sure you eat loads of fruit and vegies. also try drinking 1.5-2.5 litres of water per day to detox your skin.

and try to be in a clean environment, wash your face in the morning and night. always wash your pillow case every 2-3 days so sebum and oil doesnt build up on it

it takes a max of 6 weeks for a pimple to form, minimum of 2. So you need to keep cleansing your face for around 2-6 weeks and keep going for it to work.

hope i helped! by the way dont trust benzoyl peroxide, because it can peal your skin and it is quite bad for it..

I honestly find the simple methods, the most effective. Get a decent face wash, one that works well with your skin. Figure out what skin type you have and go from there. Wash morning and night, without fail and always remove all traces of makeup if you wear any. Get a moisturiser for day, and a night cream. Moisturise your face morning and night after cleansing. Exfoliate once a week but be gentle. Face mask once a week to a fortnight. And to use directly on spots, antibacterial creams such as sudocrem, savlon or germaline work great on spots. A dab of perfume on them (as long as the spot is not open ie from picking *dont pick!*) on the spot will also help dry it up, make it smaller and reduce redness without drying the skin around it. Just dont use much. I personally find acne treatments are far too harsh on the skin. It may get rid of acne, but your skin gets so so dry, and sometimes acne treatments have left my spots even more inflamed. It must just depend on the skin type.

if you have blemished skin, try this:

use a cleanser made for oily skin, and if your skin really needs it, cleanse midday with the usual night and morning, make sure it's not too harsh. use an astrigent afterwards. a light weight moisturezier would be good. if it's too rich for use durin the day, siwtch over to night. also, a cleansing mask will be great twice a week. you should also use medicated products to fight on the spot treatments and talk to your dermatalogist.

i hope that helped.

go to a dermatologist and see what the best washes and creams are for your skin type. don't touch your face. wash it when you wake up, apply an acne fighting cream. wash it when you come home from work/school/being out for the day. apply the cream. wash it before bed. apply the cream again. don't get a facewash that overdries too much. and watch your diet. too many sweets and oils trigger acne.

If your skin is oily, you can apply tomatoes to your face. It counters oily skin by absorbing surplus oil and also helps get rid of pimples and acne. Apply undiluted tomato paste to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm, not hot, water.

Keep clean. Use oil-free products. You may try using Acnopur emergency anti acne treatment gel. It really works for me.

Go to a dermatologist first to see what kind of medication would be best for you. I use Proactiv and that works pretty well. But i dont know what kind of skin you have so it is best to go to a doctor.
