Ok so like i weigh 80 punds and i am 5 foot one and i am trying to loose weight but i can't, food is so tempting, any ideas???

Why on earth are you trying to lose weight at 80 pounds? Even at 5'1" you should still be thin.
If you really think you weigh too much why don't you go to your doctor and ask his opinion? He might give you a diet so you can either maintain yourself at your present weight or, maybe, lose a few pounds.
It's better then anorexia or bulimia or any of those other good things which will definitely HURT you.

try exercising and eating lots of vegetables and fruits also avoid fast foods and sweets as well as snacks. Eat small portions but often. drink lots of water which will make you less hungry Good Luck

when i was 12 i weighed 87 lbs & i was 5ft
i was going through puburty & getting my first pd
if ur like me u shouldnt worry!
every girl is/will go throgh this!

hi im victor ,if u are 5feet1 ,only 80 pound, so you still want to lose weight, i think you ok for that

you are crazy... how old are you? i would say you need to eat some food! garsh dont try to lose weight that is not healthy!

you don't need to loose weight. EAT! EAT EVERY THING! maybe you just need to get more tone.
