I would pick two giraffes, one male, one female, so that they have company. Would love to have two small giraffes moving about the house. I find giraffes so cute and am sure they'll make nice pets.

Definitely a large bird of prey, like a golden eagle or a raven.
Having a fearsome predator small enough to sit on my shoulder would be fun.
