Don't people realize that celebrities can afford trainers, healthier foods, gym costs, etc., so it's nothing for them to lose weight fast??

To the Lily person: First of all, I am not overweight (I weigh 120 lbs. and I am 21 years old). Second of all, I was just asking because I get so sick of people admiring celebs for losing weight so fast when they have the money to do so. That was my only point. I wasn't asking because I'm some fat slob (like you probably are) trying to lose weight. If that were the case, my question would've been: How do I lose weight fast? Idiot....

***1. The people 'admire ' it as they know how difficult it is to do in their real lifes (they being ispirated.. natural for any human to look up to something.. fat will admire skinny.. kind of opposites)
***2. as we don't see pictures (their faces) everyday it appears that it happens overnight and we like WOW, how did she do that.. let me know the truth (which ofcourse we will never get as mostly is drug related: a lady I know lost 30kg in 2 month.. I was like wow to her.. bla bla.. she gave me this weight lose amazing story.. and later to be arrested by cops for cocain abuse)
***3. respect for their strong will... (and if again someone looses weight it is totally opposite, kind of "she is not much better than me")
***4. it brings attention and those super star used it as an attention.. and relationships
***5. once the star looses weight, often they choose clothes 'in your face' which normal folks would never put on
***6. Maybe we all like hyenas waiting for first one to die from anorexia
***7. Meantime sometimes starts say theye were on this 'diet" many of us try (and we all fail so that START must be better than us, yes??) and the truth is eg: Star is still using semantics in her interviews by saying "medical intervention" which could mean a lot of different things. I don't know what's so difficult about being honest and saying "Yes, I had gastric bypass surgery".. and they would never say that!!
***8. See Demi Moore? How much did she pay for her new body?? its like WIW, I wish I had that money and then I will look like her.
***9. and how many of them said they lost thing natutaly (like ft on their nose..etc LOL http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/7990/plastic.html

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Celebrities and the media show the masses only what they want to show. To the average working person, with a mortgage, car payments, kids, etc., the life of a celebrity is presented as something to be envied, something to aspire to.
The definition of what is beautiful has been redefined by movies, TV, porn, "health" magazines and the Internet.
You see enough of these people -- looking fabulous after having another baby, or a 6-month drug and alcohol bender -- over and over, and suddenly you might ask yourself, "Why doesn't the person next to me look like [insert your favorite celebrity here]?"
It's all fake. They're just people, like you and me. Yeah, they have the money and the time to go make themselves look great so they can smile and stand in front of a camera -- basically, for your entertainment, remember -- but so what? Their bodies will fall apart, just like everyone else's.
They're not real. You are.

the reason is because people look up to them as a role model. They look up to them. so they admire those traits about them
its like having an older brother or sister, and you admire what they do. Every single person admires some one for what they do. I say its a part of society.

I can't afford a trainer... you don't have to be able to "afford" able to lose weight... nor do you need to be a celebrity. I'd say anyone who has that attitude is just lazy and will use any excuse why they cannot lose weight...
Hey Idiot I was refering to people who sit around admiring all these famous people when they should really just relise that they don't need all those luxuries... I wasn't implying that you were fat... And sweetheart I'm not fat... What and idiot you are, why don't you read my answer again!

It's a notion on the society that celebrities has to be beautiful. Being beautiful though, meant for them, as skinny .They need to loose weight because that is where they earn money.

Yes, they can afford trainers and the rest, but they are still humans and with that come the frailties of human nature. Thus they can fire their trainer or ignore him or her and go on a food eating binge or something else. Remember this. Human nature applies to all although power can alter the results. I wish you peace. Good luck and much wisdom.
