I have a question, I just bid for some items on eBay. . . and I kind of don't neccesarily want it anymore, can I like, reverse my bid? Because I'm positive no one else will bid for it.

Most likely someone will still out bid you on it. I mean they pay a lot for Jesus grilled cheese sandwhiches. You are protected as a buyer when it comes to that stuff. I would just advise the seller you mistakenly bid on the product and would like to retract the bid. Keep copies of your emails for future reference to submit to ebay. Even if you win the product, do not submit payment, you will be okay.

First off. Bidding on anything on ebay is a binding contract if you win that you will pay for it.

Second off. There should be a link or option some where on the item you are bidding on should be a retract link. It will (I think) ask you why and then the seller (again I think) will have the choice to accept it or not. But they can file a nonpayment complaint against you and if you get to many of those you will be block forever from ebay and/or they can block you from bidding on there items again and they can leave a neg. feedback on you.

You can find more info and how to do it on ebay's help page. (look for the help link and it should pull up a help page with a search option and just type in retracting bid)

you can withdraw a bid only if you have a good reason and in a certain time limit. if the bidding is closed and your bid won you are committed to buy. if you don't buy, ebay can block you from bidding on anything again

eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. i don't think you can reverse a bid, although you could contact the seller and explain the situation and hopefully they will understand and not hold you to paying for the item

go to site map at the top of the page and then go to retract bid. you could retract it. but after an hour i don't think you can.if not then contact the seller and let him know that you changed your mind and if he wont budge then u will have to pay for it.

You can only retract you bid if the seller agrees.

You are a dork. Shelby Helen Cronce, if you do not want an item, common sence says you SHOULD NOT BID FOR IT! Gosh child, you are a disgrace. Tut tut tut...
