I will tell you what works for me but it may be a little hard ot get used to. Gradually eliminate certain things from your diet and increase your exercise. Eliminate bread, potatoes, rice and pasta of course. Then eliminate all forms of sugar except fructose as in natural sugars from fruits (a little honey is ok too)
this will be tough but after a while your metabolism will change and oyu will start to burn fat. Eliminate all fried foods and don't eat large portions of protein but do eat a lot protein just eat smaller portions more often. Eliminate cheese and most all dairy except yogurt and maybe some skim milk. Now your down to veggies, fruit and proteins like meat, chicken and fish. You can eat nuts in moderation. No butter in cooking...use canola or olive oil. Drink lots of water. Find 3 or 4 different sports or exerciese activities and concentrate on aerobic activities. See if you can exercie 2 to 4 hours a day. Even if it is fast walking....Track your progress and don't give up.. You will see results in 2 to 3 weeks. You can lose 40 lbs doing this in 8 weeks!
don't even think about chips, cookies, cake and ice cream Oh yea NO ALCOHOL....Hope this helps...

Hi friend. I was 45kg all the time until I got married and now reaching 60kg soon. No matter what slimming pill I pop in and cut down my meals, nothing seems to works. It's a sudden change for me and once on diet and Im more craving and hungry, I tend to eat more for next meal. So, I've tried Herbalife for a work where I stick to a meal replacement in a form of fruit shakes + vitamin and eat 1 meal per day only. I jog too. NOw just 1 week on this program, I have less craving, can jog longer pace and convert my 3x meals to my new products! Diet don't work unless u engage someone to look after you & your meals.!

I have been on Weight Watchers and so far have lost 30 lbs. It is the best thing I have ever done and super easy. There are so many diets out there. That is the one thing I hate is the word diet because it is a life style change. In order to lose eating habits need to be changed for the good and to incorporate exercise. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Hey. I know this nutrition advisor, the whole program cost about S$300 per month..depending on the kilos you want to lose. it's a meal replacement (very tasty, like milkshakes), filled with nutrients to make sure you have all the required nutrients needed even while losing weight.
I tried it, I lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks time, best of all, my gastric problems that have been bothering me for years have gone. My mum and sister have both lost 10kgs in 6 & 4 months respectively (they tried it first)..keke
If you're interested, email the link below yah. Good LUck!

Exercising and eatting right, in combination, usually works. ( But isn't 50kg equal to 132 pounds? I'm sorry, I don't use kilograms! ^^;) You should also make sure your not trying to lose to much weight. Of course, I'm not a doctor. So seeing a doctor, or a personal trainer might be good, if you have the money. Just make sure to eat enough!

Try south beach diet by Dr. Arthur Agaston. Cut out all your white carbs and fruit for 2 weeks. Then slowly add back whole grain foods--brown rice, whole fruits, whole grain bread... and see which ones trigger weight gain in you. The book explains it really well.

Eat 5 well balanced small meals each day and exercise at least 45 minutes a day. Stay away from red meat and fried foods. Eat your carbs in the morning, not the evenings.

so you're all of 130 - 135 pounds? unless you're 10 years old or 5' tall this is probably not a problem. you're probably a "normal" person. just get some exercise and eat a reasonable amount of lean meats, vegetables, whole grains, fruits, etc. and you'll be fine.

You should always excercise, and cut out any sugar. Why eat less rice? I rarely see an overweight Asian. Rice is good. But I recommend cutting all sugar and excercise. It worked for my sister and she lost weight quickly. It will also lower cholesterol and lessen the risk of diabetes.
