this is what you need to do, talk to your boss and let them know what your mom is doing. talk to your friends and let them know what your mom is doing, she might have the child protection people talk to your neighbors, talk to everyone and let them know whats going on before your mom gets top them. keep your house clean and food full stocked , thatswhat they are going to look for in your house if they come for a visit. talk to your kids about lying and telling the truth(hopfully she hasnt brain washed the kid) and tell them the importance of telling the truth, dont spank them or abuse them or even raise your voice at them, when the child protection people come , let them in your house and have a room they can go into to talk to the kids, make sure the kids re always well dressed and dont lie. good luck i know everything will work out for you.

Yeah, I agree..get a restraining order put on her, but also, get emancipated. Even if she keeps trying to take your kids from you by lying and for some reason they do get taken out of all the lunacy, she can't have them..because you are emancipated and she is no longer connected to them legally. =0) best of luck, I hope it all works out for you.

Cooperate with child protective services when they show up, since they have to investigate any allegations made. Even though they won't tell you who is making the allegations, they know, and if the same person keeps calling in abuse allegations after repeated investigations that have turned up nothing, they'll just pay it the duty call it deserves. If you have nothing to hide, then you should have nothing to fear.

what does the father have to say about it? sounds like maybe he should have some better priveleges with the kids. a worker told me that grandparents don't have rights... my son's wife's parents have more rights than i do it seems; and i never got to see my grand babies how fair is that when her parents seem like they'd be like yours? i sure wouldn't be

Don't let them see your kids any more and stop any relationship you have with your mom till she grows up. I hate parents like that.!

Why would your mother do that? Are you not taking care of the kids or are you denying you are doing something wrong?

get a restraining order, that way when they do report you, the agency will be less likely to believe them and they will look like lunatics
