If you have access to a straight bar (for bench press, etc.) then stand with feet shoulder width apart, putting enough weight on the bar that it is comfortable sitting behind your head resting on your shoulders. Best to wrap the middle of the bar in a towel for comfort. Slowly turn your torso right, then left...continue this motion like a washing machine...back and forth, but make sure you feel that tug in your side when you change directions. High reps are the key here. Count back and forth as one rep and try to do one hundred. This isolates the obliques and will improve the lateral frame of your abdominals (lovehandles). Great for baseball swings too.

just go any p2p and in search write abs or piles. the search wud yield results out of which u can select 9 minutes abs work out. watch the video and u can get to know all da exercises.
