Sure it is! Heck even fishing is a sport. I always thought it was chillin and drinking beer. Now thats my kinda sport!

I remember they always used to show the PBA on Wide World of Sports...... It's a sport. Bowling and Curling are in the Olympics, but Darts isn't

i'd say that some thing that should be athletic counts as a recreation. that should be bowling and figure skating. Darts heavily isn't athletic yet i think you do want actual conditioning to play at extreme stages. i don't know a lot about poker, yet video gaming is unquestionably not athletic.

Who told you bowling and curling aren't sports? Not sure where you got your information, but they are considered sports.
