you could try a P2P program like limewire or kazaa, not exactly legal or 100% virus proof though

hmmmm. Well, the closest advice I can give is use the plug-ins off of Audacity (freeware). Sorry man, don't know many freeware guitar synths.

go to http://www.emule-project.net ,download the program install it run it type in it's search what you want (almost any thing works on PC /PS2...)download it and ENJOY
oh and don't forget : it is 100% virus and spyware free,plus it it's self is 100% FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
