Ghosts are unable to kill anyone-believers or otherwise. Demons, however are not ghosts. The way a ghost can harm an individual is if that person interacts with the ghost repeatdly, AND that particular ghost is not a 'nice' one. They can lure you into their afterlife torments, if they are wicked and you allow them.

Although there are stories of extreme cases like this I have not personally experienced harm from ghosts. I have however experienced spirits that are restless & mischievious. When I encounter spirits or (ghosts) I will do a cleansing & a ritual that will help release them so they can move on. Sometimes spirits get stuck in the middle of worlds & just need a little help to get to the next world.
Things like this happen all the time to "unbelievers" how do you think there came to be believers. And by the way I am curious as to the people who believe in angels & demons but not ghosts. Hmmm!

ghosts are echoes of past energy signatures. Kinda' like a physical memory of a person. I think what you are calling a ghost actually goes by the term poltergheist (ie, noisy ghosy auf german)
A poltergheist can do a number of things that normal everyday ghosts can not which is why they are classified poltergheists and not just ghosts. Ghosts typically can not interact with their environment, by way of sight, sound, touch, feel, and so on and so forth. Whereas a poltergheist can. A poltergheist is called a noisy ghost because it makes noises and most under the classification can touch objects or "rattle chains" if you will. There are many "ghoststories" of entities harming another person, especially when that person has somehow purposesly or indirectly angered the spirit.
If you are having difficulties with your noisy ghost, try talking to it in one way or another. I had to leave mine a note laying down the rules of what antique silverware was offlimits to bend into odd patterns.

I have had one paranormal experience but by in large i don't buy it. I saw something when i was a young child in my window pushing on the glass as its face was continuously dripping and while dripping continued the face kept changing in appearance. I was scared out of my mind and obviously tried to wake my parents up, to no evil i ended up sitting on the couch facing the backrest closing my eyes quivering with fear until I awoke. It never bothered me again. But I wouldn't label that a ghost or a demon. I believe that is all superstition. the term demon stems from old English analogy's of addiction or bad habits what we all posses, some violent and extreme like schizophrenia and others more mild like smoking or eating fast food or pornography in situations where it damages your marriage. but I don't believe in things that float around or ghosts that cant get to one side or the other ad are determined to hurt you. I think its just a mis understanding of an old language mistranslation and misunderstanding

No. Ghosts can't harm or kill unbelievers or believers. They're figments of your imagination! I know, I sometimes think I see things too. But everything has a logical explanation.

It depends on if you believe in them or not. I think there are some things that cannot be explained, but I also think media has a lot to do with our opinions on things like ghosts.
Personally, I don't believe in ghosts - rather, my belief is that a person's soul goes to heaven or hell and there isn't a way back in and out...no revolving door

If you make a choice to follow a straight path, a good path - then you still may be followed by unkind spirits, but you're over powering belief and even verbal words, as simple as 'get outta here' may just do the trick.
Even ignoring them!
