Well, in the near future, I'm getting a nose job, because 10 years ago, I broke it. I can get a complete nose job covered by my insurance. In a little while, I'll be getting breast augmentation, but I haven't started looking into how much it will cost.

I've spent nothing because I accept myself as I am. I'm happier that way. You'll always want more if you start doing that and never be happy with yourself.
