It can only be viewed online via streaming media thru Bandai Visual's Bandai Channel. It would be composed of 3 episodes and you have to pay 105 yen to watch each episode. But I think it requires you to be in Japan in order to view it, since Japanese broadband tv channels are required.The trailer can be viewed here. http://www.b-ch.com/index2.html...
Actually, the first episode is out from 7/14 (5pm)~ 8/18 (5pm).
I think the best way is to wait for the DVD to come out with all 3 episodes on 2006/11/24.

well there hasn't really been a annocement exactly when it'll be out...but it was said to be somtime from augest to like september or something...since the first to trailers are out i think it'll be soon...check the trailers at youtube.com just type in gunday seed stargazer....i asked about it on yahoo answers too...and i got a very detailed answer from someone so maybe you can go to my yahoo answers page go to my questions and check it out...good luck finding your answers....
