how cold is summer in Oslo?is it possible to swim nowadays?

i live in oslo, today, july 19th, it was about 25 degrees celcius, the water in the fjord is about 20 degrees celcius now, perfect for swimming

Don't swim outside in Oslo, please. Not unless you're in someone's privately owned and HEATED pool.
