How can I add a *.pps file tomy website so others can download it from there.?

It is not very difficult. You can upload a .pps file (or any file for that matter) using FTP. If you are using a service, such as Geocities, or maybe even a pay service, they probably offer an Admin page in which you can simply upload a file through the website. It would have a button to click and you could find the file and then hit upload. Otherwise, if you use FTP, you simply upload the file like you do with the html files you upload.
