And you guys should be sent to your room.
Seriously since when in history have people
had so much opportunity? So much freedom?
So much ACCEPTANCE. I mean you think
people would be grateful for what they have!
But no they have to complain about everything-

Try living in a country where you are desolate
and poor and have NO FOOD. Spoiled Brats
the lot of you-and ungrateful. I think the
people in those countries would be
appalled at what most americans belly
ache about and get mad over.

I hear people complain about the
most rediculous things. Try living
in a country wracked with plague
and poverty. And for ONCE
be grateful!

I hope you feel better now. Rude of you to stereotype an entire nation. Now, do you have a question?

Really, I assume you don't live here so it isn't your place to try to tell us how our country and people are in our own land. Maybe stupid things shouldn't be worried about, but our country still has it's own problems that are worth complaining about. Do you even realize that there ARE many people living in poverty here, that go without food, clean water, heat in the winter. But oh, they get little help or media attention because America is supposed to be the big country to help all others but not it's own people. Hell, many people that make the so-called "minimum wage" can hardly survive and care for their families. Plus, health care is really starting to suck and many doctors will just drop your insurance without notice and many people end up not being able to get treatment they need with a doctor. The money is the priority, I guess we shouldn't complain. So, what, you imagine it's a land of only rich celebrities that can afford anything and everything? Get real.

wow.

bold statement coming from someone online. i guess they got the monkey to start running in his wheel again so you could have some electricity.

and before you start lumping all americans as one unit, maybe you should stop listening to the mieda so much and come on over and meat some of us.

for all the americans out there: did you know that swiss people all think that all american women have boob jobs? i know one person who has had a boob job and that was a reduction.

chick, you sound like the talaban..."all americans are infedels!!!"

you are right, we have a lot of oportunities, and this country gives a hell of a lot, also. we might get our nose in some business that the rest of the world and a lot of americans don't agree with, but i guess we can't all be perfect, huh?

i read something once where this writer was talking about how he would take half a dozen red necks against 12 terrists any day, and you know what? so would you.

A little kid will keep taking and taking unless you tell him no America was set up by those children who wanted more and wanted to offer more. If we're doing so great why can't anyone take a cue from us? Whens the last time America had to draft people to take care of this place? Boys who were 14 have gone to war for this country now there are so many people who are grateful that we don't need it.
I think everyone looking over their shoulder at the USA should get over their jelousy and start living life to the fullest.
I am very gratefull to live here

there is a lot of truth in what you say.. i have often complained of things and then realized in perspective how trivial some of my problems are compared to others in other places. And thats why i have a foster child in Africa, and give blood at the Red Cross , and give to various charities as I am able ... i dont find myself bellyaching much.. if God provides me with the basics.. i am pretty satisfied.. i have been around the world and seen more horrors ,than you, little girl, could ever imagine... so i wouldnt be so quick to judge americans..we give more food and money to other countries than any other three nations combined-- what is it you are doing to help??

I agree that in general Americans are self indulgent spoiled fat brats, but then you also have to look at the fact that the top 1% of the country controls the majority of the wealth. Many countries have worse conditions, but you can't ignore the fact that there is an enormous amount of poverty here as well, which is shameful, considering we are one of the wealthiest nations on Earth.

You are right. We, Americans take everything for granted. We tend to complain a lot about even the most trivial thing and blame everybody but ourselves. Maybe when everything we enjoy is suddenly taken away from us, then we will realize how blessed we all are for living in this great country called the United States of America.

You could look at it like that. But, while many complaints are silly, many are intened to point out problems so they can be addressed (or not). Perhaps you would do better to compalin about what you don't have in your own country and then try to do something about it. Another thing, it is rather petty to paint everyone here with the same brush... it's a very diverse country.

Hey. no one asked you what you thought of us and if someone did then it wasn't me so don't come on here attacking Americans because we are privleged. Us Americans as do what we can to help the world and when we do we are attacked by the rest of the world and called tyrants. Guess what you are doing right now? you are complaining. obviously you are blessed enough to have a computer with internet access so shut the hell up and talk about us when you are the exact same way you hypocrite.

Not all of us are spoiled hun. I know thats the world view of us, but its just not true. Some are, but not all of us. I work my *** off just to feed myself. I'm very grateful for being an American and proud of it. I have many friends who live here that are from countries like the ones that you describe; they love it here, and think the same way you do at first... your just hearing the loud and ignorant b*itch.
