Is Mr.Ghandi,made a mistake not handling the enimy in 1947?

Gandhi was a great leader but at the same time he was human too. So he did make mistake and the one incident you are referring too was definitely a mistake. We are still paying a price in terms of money as well as millions of victims due to terrorist activities carried on by Pakistan

im from pakistan but i respect Ghandi and i believe that he was a remarkable man but im confused wat r u talkin about? which mistake?
