I love this question, it is a riot to read. But you can't get rid of people you don't like based on a mental or physical characteristic you deem they have. Could you define "stupid" a bit more? Most people are stupid so if we got rid of all the morons our whole society would break down and then it would just be me and you and a few others living like feral beasts in woods.
But I get tired of idiots too. Look at television, newspapers and this Yahoo! Answers site for examples. We live in a shallow capitalist world that is based on materialism and we are brainwashed by all this garbage. Maybe living in the woods would be cool.
