Im 14 and I use it everynight, the whole 3 step treatment. The first step i apply to my face which is wet and leave it on for 2 minutes then wash it off. Then I put the second step on a cottonball and apply it. Then I just rub the third step on. Am I doing anything wrong?

You have been using Proactive for 9 MONTHS. WOW. I couldn't use it for over a month. It dried my skin out too much. Maybe you should try another product with a different ingredient. Try products with Glyconic acid, or Salicylic acid. You can get those products at nearly any store that sells cleaning products. You have great patience and dedication to a product but maybe you should shop around and try other products with different ingredients. Trial and Error.

You probably have skin that will "grow out" of the acne if nothing is working to cure it. That's what happened to me (I'm now 26). Nothing helped me, except for time. My skin is now acne free. Hang in there and good luck!

I use Proactiv and I had really bad acne, first of all, you should use it twice a day, not once. And be patient it took a while for me too.

Greetings!!! :)
