My brother us 17 & he got a job at a local amusement park. If you call or go around to some businesses you might be surprised how many hire that age group. I don't know how it is where you are, but we have work permits for ages 14-17. You can get them from a school office or maybe a library or city hall.

er? Fast Food places, like McDonalds, Burger King, or apply to be a store clerk or something.
Those ones don't need much work experience to get into.
So is always a good start.
Check out the shops at the mall.

dog walking, weeding gardens, mowing lawns, getting groceries for elderly neighbors or young moms with babies, running errands for people, help a landscaper, fast food places, bagger, stockboy, horse walker, mother's helper, make birdhouses and other things and sell them at flea markets or craft fairs, sell some of your own stuff on ebay, think outside the box for other ideas.

Yeah, I always thought that fast food places, such as McDonald's, was a good place to get a first job for teens.
