i need help. i am looking at mcdonalds for my first job and im kinda nervous. what steps and procedures do you go through everyday.how much training do they give you. how do you first start out. what jobs do they have you doing. i never cooked really before so how do i work the grill. HELP

Relax dude...its not rocket science... they will train you... just learn everything you can and don't try to impress your boss by immediately telling him/her how you can improve things. Do everything their way at first, then if you really do have a good idea about how to change things for the better or improve efficiency or whatever, write a memo (preferably a coherent one) and submit your idea to the boss in writing. That way they can't ignore you or take credit for you idea.

Basic jobs like taking orders and cleaning. If you are a guy mostly cleaning.

you can't cook unless your over 18
i never worked at mc donalds, but all i can say is as long as you show up and say do you have any opening positions, then your there!!..its a very easy job to obtain, so don't worry!!!..good luck!!
