Oh, don't be mean!
I LOVE King of Queens and I also love Kevin James, but why are people so shocked that an attractive woman could be attracted to a hefty guy?
A couple of years ago the DJ on one of my local morning radio shows was talking about how unbelievable it was for women who looks like Leah Remini and Courtney Thorne-Smith to be married to men like Kevin James and Jim Belushi!
I'm a pretty petite woman and my husband is much like John Goodman (20 yrs ago, not today!) and before him I had dated a GQ-type club owner and a super cut soccer player, but my husband, although also quite attractive, had much more to offer as far as character, respect and love.
So, in my opinion, I think they (Kevin & Steffiana) are both pretty lucky to have each other -- and he seems like he'd make a truly loyal husband.
And take it from me, men of the XX size and up usually know how to appreciate their women.

If they are in love it should only matter to them why they married! Hate when people assume someone married for money, yes some people do that but now a days with pre nups why bother. If you don't marry for love don't marry at all!
