i believe calling the support line is best option here ...coz if u cause any further damage to hardware...it could cost ur LAPTOP too...so better call support line...

Of course it's the OJ. It's very sticky when dried. You have to clean it out as best you can. Get some canned air and blast the heck out of the keys with it. That may help. I would also get Q-tips and dip them in some rubbing alcohol and carefully clean out between the keys. You also should take the back off and do the same on as much of the areas that you can reach. Turn it OFF first of course. Be sure that you touch something metal - the case, something, to ground yourself and get rid of static electricity before you reach in there.

I don't recommend it but as a last resort I once held an old keyboard under the shower to clean out a spill and after taking it apart and using a hair dryer to make sure it was thoroughly dry it still works,five years later.

if the computer replaced into on on the time and then became off even as o/j replaced into spilled then no im afraid not yet there isn't any reason the hardchronic replaced into effected, take it to a IT guy and ask him to finish a touch documents restore frequently value about 50 quid at maximum, and then declare on domicile coverage, or get a sparkling pc wish this helps! it got here about to me very last 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, it replaced into wine, and my husbands gaming laptop, opps! :)

why people keep liquids in close proximity to a 2500 dollar machine is beyond me, but I would try connecting a keyboard to it and see if it stil works..if it does, then it was the OJ...which everyone thinks it is....
