should ronaldo still be playing. after all he is alil old now and he isnt as great as he was back then.

I dont think so.. an athlete has to go out sometime.. he's a world cup champion and the holder of the goal record in world cup games.. not to mention a fufilling career.. it's kinda like Lance Armstrong and the tour.. after 7 wins.. whats the point of going on after that.. you've done what only others can dream of doing in a sport.. (and yes he has slowed down a bit due to age and probably lack of motivation at times)

Ronaldo is still good but needs to slim down and get really fit once again if he wants to take part in the 2010 world cup in south africa.

my goodness , i am not from anywhere near brazil.. give that guy a break..
haven't you ppl won the cup last time .. didn't they bring it home 4 u ppl ..
i am a big fan of brazilian team ... they simply didn't do well.. just bcoz they stopped doing well doesn't mean they have to go ahead and resign...cafu still manages to survive even if he is 36+ ( ofcourse he is not a strikker)..
i still want to see ronaldo play

ZIDANE at 34,has proved that age is not a barrier to skills.
Ronaldo will be around 34(more or less).i can still bet on him to be the top scorer in 2010

he has been and still is a great player, i would definitely like to see him play the next world cup, Brazil with the same team, they should all stay, and bring emilson again

I think he's not as great as he used to be, he's ok and bashing him all the time must be really freaky for him. He should stay in shape and all, he can still play...

hes not THAT old....just 30. if he works out and stays in shape, he could definitely play in 2010. however, i do agree that hes not as great as he used to be...but thats what time does to you i guess.
