I have this too. It scared the hell out of me. The best thing to do is go to the eye doctor. I went, had a full eye exam, and everything is normal. I guess people have this. They call them floaters, and flashers. Sounds strange I know, but get your eyes checked and then you will feel more at peace about it. Once youre not thinking about it so much, they tend to be less noticeable.

yes. Sometimes it is caused by your eyes being tired and reflexing light differently. Othertimes it is because of my ...perifial, lol that is probably completely wrong spelling, but its the sight that enables you to see things on the side of your eye and behind you without looking. Sometime I will notice a light or movement, but when I turn to see what it is, the object disappears, and when I ignore it and turn back around, there it is. Then I notice that there is a car behind me with its lights on and that the light is coming from the certain angle reflecting off my mirror. Other times I just see floating little clear specs that almost look like big puffs of cloudy dust, but they actually aren't there. I'm not exactly sure what these are but I think they are just caused from light hitting my eye at a weird angle and causing a image to appear when it is really nothing. That or it could just be that I have bad eye sight since I wear glasses and contacts. Hope my big long answer helps you somewhat ^-^

In my case they start in the center of my vision and slowly expand outward in a "C" shape until gone. I had these off and on for several months. I researched on line and was told it was called a benign migraine, that is a migraine without the pain, just the visual "aura" as they called it. Eventually I started getting the headaches, light and sound sensitivity and all the joys of full blown migraines. These days I carry an Imitrex inhaler with me. When the aura starts I snort the Imitrex and if I get any pain at all it isn't much worse than a mild headache.
Talk to a doctor, they can run tests and make sure it's not the precurser of something serious.

Is it really a spark - like a bright light? If so go see your eye doctor asap. If it's just a little spot floating around in "front" of your eyes, that's normal. They're called floaters and are just stuff floating on the fluid of your eyes.

I also see small circles of light , some thing of a worm shape going around , when I stare at some heavy light ,
That is mainly because of dirtiness accumulaed in eyes , wash your eyes with clean fresh mineral water and also ask doctor for an ayurvedic eye cleaning medicine and daily clean your eyes.

Yes that happened to me one time at work. I was carrying a computer monitor to a new location and all these tiny sparks or lightning bugs appeared in my eyes. I looked it up online and it said it could be a dettached retina (I think) or floaters. Mine only ever happened once but if yours happen multiple times then perhaps you should see an eye doctor.
It was freaky when it happen to me.
good luck!

Some people see dots, lights, or lines prior to getting a migraine. If you do not get a headache after seeing these then you should ask your eye care physician about this - especially if this is a common occurrence for you.

Other people see those too. It looks like stars or something. Kinda reminds me of the cartoon charactes when they hit their heads, they see stars. I always wondered y, and later in life I found out that others see them too. Normal sane people.
