Easy-peasy. We must always be conscious of all the acts we do every single day. We must make sure that whatever it is we do, it glorifies who we stand for and the faith that we have. Our acts should put glory in our name, most specially to that of our Maker's name. :)

If you mean glory as in to honor and you are asking how can we honor this life we've been given then i think the way is to be kind, perform those random acts of kindness you've heard tell of. We are all God's children and when we take care of each other we not only honor God, we honor each other and ourselves and show respect for the lives we've been given.
