Only truth wins. Take her to court and show them who is the better parent. Really, kids need both parents even if they don't live together. learn to get along for their sake.

Not really, it depends on the laws in your state. In Texas, during a divorce, the parent that takes the kids first at separation, gets them until the trial and then the judge desides.

First question to ask is did she DO something to be accused of. If so, then by all means for the sake of the childrens safety then fine. BUT, if she did'nt then it's only going to make it harder for the children to adapt to the divorce. Granted, the divorce is hard but why make it unnecessarily harder ?

Well, he could, but he'd better make sure it's true or he's in for some real trouble. You can't go around making false accusations and expect to get away with it.

my ex sister-in-law did that type of thing to my brother, in her case only to get leverage, she did not actually want the kids.
