No. Why did you hear something? No he is still a canuck BUT, he is a free agent and asking over $3Mil and they are saying that doesn't fit into their plan cap wise.
They are stupid! He is part of their only solid line. They have signed the twins. Speculation if he goes, is the twins may play with Naslund.

the guy had one good year in his last 5 and asks for a 3 year 9 million dollar contract...are you kidding me...it was one year with the canucks...he played well and the only reason he did is because of the twins....i would like to see him stay but not for that price.

Why the Canucks haven't signed to play with the Sedin's is a mystery.

no, he is still a free agent unless something happened in the last five minutes. because he is a free agent, he doesnt belong to any team and is free to go wherever he chooses(usually where he will be paid the most)
