it means your naked,once i asked my neice if she was going to wear her birthday suit on her birthday and she said"i will if i can find it,and it probably wont fit any more." they say birthday suit because you were born butt naked

That, my dear, would be the cute little outfit that you had on in the delivery room right after you came out of ma,ma and just before you cord was cut. I'm sure by now, your head is ****** to one side and you're saying.."well..gee..but I was naked then and...I d-d-int h-a-v-e anything on....? OH MY GOD..."My birthday suit is being beaver baring naked"!
So...unless you've been in therapy for years..and you're good to go, you're fine. If however...if you've recieved an invite to Black Beach on the Cape to meet with a Kennedy or relative thereof and the "birthday suit" is being touted as the garb to wear or be square. Well...you might wanna leave notes with next of kin, call your life insrance agent and check your car for ship to shore radios and flotation devices.

Naked. It comes from being born. When you are born it is technically your birthday so they came up with birthday suit. In some religions it is because it is god's clothing for you,,, hope that answered your question. XD
