Believe in yourself and listen to your coach... sometimes skaters have the tendency to believe they are the best, but there's a lot of good things in whatever the coach tells you...
Skating is made of so many little details that can decide if your jump will land or fall...

Just skate. I have been skating for 12 years and I am 14 now. I work every single day for 9 hours..I know pretty intense. Just practice

Practice alot, pay attention in lessons, stretch often, if your doing something wrong, figure out what is and try to fix it. Effort is one of the best things you can have in figure skating

well, wat lvl are u? and are u in ISI, USFSA or an individual? just askin, it'll give me a bit of an over-view of u.
but to tell uthe truth, there isnt a whole lotta advice. u gotta push through and learn a lot of it urself. but one thing i gotta tell u. u cant be afraid of anything. I was afraid of all my big jumps that i just gave it up in competition. and you know what that leads to. i have never gotten first in any competition except in the little itty-bitty local competitions.

ummm... well you should ALWAYS ask a better ice skating what you should improve on. i'm an ice skater sooo practice pratice and practice!!

there arent in basic terms solid web pages yet youtube is magnificent on gaining knowledge of techniques! thatb is continuously the position i flow first. you are able to locate human beings compete and also palms on! it quite works quite nicely because you are able to surely see it for help!

do calf raises in the shower to add to your workout. it also helps to visualize yourself doing your routine in meditation.

practice, practice, practice. also, u should probably find a quality instructor and soak up as from him/her as possible.

well..... whatever you do, DON'T give up if you're really devoted into it!!!! because i ice skate too, and i know what it feels like...
