If the cameras are in a public place like an office or something I would say no. If they are in a private place then yes. I used to work for one of the major casinos and naturally they have cameras everywhere. What most people didn't know is there were tiny tiny cameras in the paintings, fake plants and behind mirrors...even in the bathrooms. That got them in alot of trouble when a fight broke out in the bathroom one day and the mirror got broke and a camera was revealed. They deserved it tho I hated that job.

The primary duty of a business is to secure it's property from any possible threats. A closed-circuit camera used inside a business establishment is not illegal. A hidden camera (the size of a webcam) is illegal I think (especially if you place in the women's comfort room, now that's real lowlife stuff).

Varies but probably not - unless it is a change room or bath room or something. Public areas are usually OK to video - even if the camera is concealed.

Its all slightly complicated to carry close as there are purely such multiple achievable employment arrangements. I had a chum who ran a small quick nutrients keep. He in ordinary words employed college age females, I remember a number of circumstances even as it acceptable him he ought to so such as what you describe and when I requested why he suggested as they're casual he's loose to do this. yet it became relaxing even as between the girls did this to him. She purely did not take position and when I requested him about it he agreed that this became the same as how he dealt with them, and yet he became indignant as they did not tell him in develop. accordingly that you discuss, I cant see how he became no longer at a minimum required to position in writing and say thanks yet no thanks.
