Look for 100 percent cotton shortie PJ's. Also make sure your sheets are all cotton and you can't use a mattress pad that's waterproof. The plastic in it doesn't let your body breath. Get a quiet oscillating fan and run it on low speed.

Light weight Cotton....You can get cute cotton p.j's anywhere...Target, Victoria Secret, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Dillard's, Macy's...My favorite is cotton shorts and a men's white undershirt from Hanes.
During the winter to stay warm is Cotton Flannel.

anything with light breezy cotton usually does the trick for me. if you need stuff to sleep in a cotton boy-beater and boyshorts works wonders in the summer. you can get some cheap ones at walmart or some sexier ones at victoria's secret.

very light weight cotton like boxer shorts, be sure they are all cotton, and a light weight cotton tank top, they are actually cooler than nothing because 100 percent cotton will absorb any sweat and then it evaporates, the process of evaporation cools your body.

Cotton keeps you the coolest. You should just wear cotton undies and a cotton tank top. You can get it at Kmart, Walmart, the mall, or online.

I usually sleep in the nude to keep cool. since money is tight, it's pretty cost effective. ;)
