Hi there. :)
Here's what you do:
1. Go to the page you WANT to be your home page.
2. Then:
a. Internet Explorer: go to Tools, Internet Options and change your home page
b. Safari: Go to Safari in Menu Bar, Preferences, General tab and click "Select Current Page."

Where you see the toolbar, just below the blue one. You'll see FILE EDIT VIEW FAVORITES TOOLS (click tools). Go down to INTERNET OPTIONS. In the top of the new box, you'll see the yahoo.com highlighted as your homepage---change it.
Once that's done, click APPLY (don't click OK first). Afterwards ( if prompted ) click OK. That's all there is to it. Test it by clicking the "HOME" icon to see if it takes your browser to it's new home.
You might have to reboot (restart) the PC for this to take.

Ask BlockBuster's GeekSquad at 100 bucks an hour :-P
or..
Go into browser's properties/options and fix it yourself for free (might take you 30 seconds to figure it out yourself).
