If the USA falls so will the rest of the world. The USA will defend its self at the expense of ending life on this planet.
If the world don't come together as one world org the USA will keep trying till the end. But this would not be because of one small fry like Iran or NK. It will take the whole UN to take the USA down. If the USA were to be attacked by a major power. Yes the whole world would end not just the USA fall. You do not need to move to some other country because the after effects would end life on this planet.
There is a lot more at stake than just dropping 500 pound bombs on a country and sending in ground troops and setting up a new Gov. Taking down something like the USA or Russia or England could very well end life for everyone.

It is quite possible.
We are drowning under the weight of our laws.
Our leaders are beholden to corporations and not to the people.
Most of our 'leaders' have not read the Constitution
We are no where close to being the 'free-est' country in the world.
Just look at the world in general, at the very basic what-it-is-to-be-human and you will see that human beings are the same all over.
So, with bit of logic then if one country incarcerates more people per capita, meaning percentage of it's population then that must mean there are more things that are illegal in that country.
The United States is now number on in the world (dictatorships excluded) in the number of people it incarcerates.

104 per 100,000 incarcerated in England

An empire or superpower as it is called today fails when it does not heed the lessons of history from past empires that have fallen.
