All in all no, I am not pleased with My body. I see different various things that could be changed, but then again, We all feel like that sometimes. I am blessed with what I do have. I have two working arms, hands, legs and eyes. I can walk, talk and hear. I have many things to be thankful for. I could say I am content with My body. It works for Me. I know that We are our own worst critic. I could go on and on the things Id like to change, but in the end, If I changed them would I still be the same person with the same personality??. God gave Me what I have. I cant change that. I can do things to make them better, and am in a constant state of trying to improve. Change no. With everything there's always improvement. Nothing and no one is perfect, not even the spray painted models on the magazines.

I think I am pleased with my body for the most part. Sure there are things that I wish were different but those are also the things I cannot change. I choose being satisfied over being upset because of something I have no natural control over.

Blessed although my hair is not as thick as when I was younger. It takes much more work to keep my middle from getting larger. Other then that. All you got’a do is visit a hospital or a recovery ward to feel better and blessed.

I am not pleased with my body and I don't think anyone is really ever 100% pleased and the main thing that has people this way is Hollywood all the movies and stars look perfect (which they are not) everything you see is fake they retouch you when they are editing so they can make you look perfect and they air brush you to make your skin look flawless they can even airbrush you a six pack and it looks real

I’m very satisfied with what I have and I do feel blessed but then again it didn’t happen over night I mean I work hard on it. I eat well and I work out tons..:) so that also helps me appreciate it more…
