well, i fed my betta around....uh...4 or so....should i feed him again now? or wait til i go to bed? (which is around 11 or so)

once a day is all you need to feed fish, you will over feed them and they will die, a pinch of food is what they need for the day

I replied to your other feeding question, but here's a summary again: Feeding a betta once a day is fine, twice is generally too much. Special care should be taken if it is in a small bowl/tank as overfeeding causes the water's quality to drop dramatically and can end up hurting your fish.

Less is better. Most people who raise bettas skip one day a week. See the pictures of betta bellies in the betta talk links above.

Not more that 2 x a day. And only what it can eat. If there is uneaten food on the bottom, then it to much...
