"Only against illegals because they're breaking the law"? Should we ignore breaking any of our laws? If you research the problems of illegal immigrants, you will find America isn't the only country battling this issue...The real problems are many, though some might only pick 1 or 2...(1) Illegal immigrants are breaking a law that was created for good reason. (2) Illegals don't just take menial jobs Americans "won't" do, they also take some of our best & highest paying jobs a working class person can get, as in construction especially on government funded projects that are supposed to pay "Prevailing Wage" aka "Union Wages + Benefit compinsation". (3) America has outsourced most of the technology jobs, in other words employing people IN other countries, so America doesn't have enough jobs for our own growing population. (4) Illegal immigrants also don't pay into "the system" but get services paid for by American Taxpayers, like schools, medical care, welfare & food stamps and place a major burden on every American through our economic support of those who have no right to be here. (5) Illegal immigrants cause bad feelings & discrimination against Legal Immigrants who have worked hard for they're right to call themselves "Americans"...
I could go on, but let me end with this : If other governments and people created employment opportunities, with life sustainable wages for those in thier own country, I think this would become an issue of the past & we could move onto other important issues...

What gave you the idea that people are only against illegals because they are breaking the law?

Illegals are taking a large amount of the welfare system. The amount of illegals using ERs, going into hospitals uninsured, and other welfare programs that states are forced to provide by federal law to illegals, yes it is costing the US billions.

Many illegals are getting a free education for they children without paying taxes. Money is sent back to Mexico instead of being spent and invested in the U.S. Illegal aliens who are paid under the table do not pay taxes and do not pay into social security. They drive without insurance. Yes, the are a drain on this nation and our open borders are a serious national security threat.

I am against illegals and one of the many reasons is that they are breaking the law and yes, I am also pro-choice. I don't think the two are related though.

Abortion should be a matter of rape, the health of the mother, or deformities. It should not be used as a form of birth control.
