probably not a good idea as once the scabs have gone white doesn't hold it's color well - looking at pics from a tat web site won't help as all the tats shows are very fresh
ask around to find someone with an all white tat they had done a few months or more ago
one of my tats has white areas and they are weak - see the dragon tat pic on my 360 page

Just to warn you, if you get it and don't like it or want it removed later, you're going to be out of luck, because white ink is the only tattoo ink that cannot be removed from skin.
