The Italian Hanger is slang for a sexual position. The humpee spreads their legs to receive the humper's penis. The humpee's upper body is generally lower than the humper's pelvis/penis, such that the penis is at a downward angle. This position is called the Italian Hanger because the humpee's legs are spread apart, resembling an Italian clothes-hanger. It is also sometimes referred to as the "safari ride" position.

I understand an Italian HANGER to be a sexual position where the woman lies with her back or shoulders supported by a bed or similar object while the man holds her up by her hips and vigorously thrusts himself into her. *The penis is at a downward angle- making for some great um, sensation!
