Yes. There is a soft spot by the sharks gills that a dolphin aims for. It must be like a pressure point.

I have read this as being true. I have a link to a short video clip of a killer whale (which is in the dolphin family) killing a great white shark. The video is difficult to view.

all the time as they will attack a shark using their noses with such force that it causes severe internal injuries and the shark dies. they can hit at speeds of over 45 mph. the navy divers and other divers play with them and they natural protect humans and their offspring by slamming into the shark.

yes dolphins have been known to kill sharks by ramming them. they have also have accidental killed humans. trying to save them they will ram toward shore and will break there ribs. trying to save them . a marine biologist told me after asking him about how in flipper on tv would do that.

yes they can.

if the dolphins hit the shark in the side they will kill them.

its been shown on discovery channel.

they speed up and hit them in the side and you can see the shark bleeding and dying!
