I would say his ignorance, but ignorance can be squashed by education. Seeing as though Bush has a great education, he must just be stupid. Stupid can't be helped or educated. I personally am amused by his stupidity.

I listen to him because his foreign policy makes sense. I do wish he had not pissed off the far right wing of his own party, however. They are making it impossible for him to push through any of his moderate domestic issues.
