because men are wired differently than women, honestly seriously its a fact. they don't see things the same way we do, they aren't grounded in emotion like we are, and in most cases, are in fact taught to dismiss emotion as motivation of any type. also, the presentation of your point is critically important also. making him feel as though he failed in some huge way by not knowing you felt that way will just make him defensive and angry, anyone will react that way when approached in a way that makes them feel like they are being attacked or put down.
i don't think they ever really 'get it' but some men eventually come to realize how important it is to us and give the feelings weight based on that. and if all that fails, a taste of their own medicine can do wonders for awaking a guys ability to put himself in someone elses shoes. i dont know exactly whats going on with you, but turning the tables and doing the same thing to him and letting HIM feel those same feelings is often times the only way to get through to them.

Some men have the same question for women.
It is not about men and women. It is about individual personalities. There are many couples that don't have this problem. Try to have effective communication with your partner.

Thats cos the average male,is unable to reason things out,well,thats is fact,and has got nothing to do with nags,cos in my on case,its has beein my husband who does the most bitchy nags,which i cant stand.cos i may type or write much.,but dont talk unless necessary,thats why i cant be bothered to asnwer or talk with men,they may talk with me at their own peril though.Another reason maybe cos.women give up their power to men.hence given him the upper hand, as if they were the GOD on earth..hahaha.how ironic.that it was women who ruled this earth the prior to man,well.back in the topic,why wud a woman with strong self confidence,,,,courageous smart and pretty,need a man for understanding.or opinion in the first place?be him ur father,brother son ,teacher or wotsoever?do we?cant ur woomen GOT A MIND OF UR OWN?THINK!
