Okay I like this dude rite and he just so down to earth and cool I mean he is everything on my list BUT he is stl in love with his old fling. He say that he isn't IN luv with her any more but admits that he isn't 100% ova her. Should I look pass that or look pass him?

obviously he isn't over he "old fling" otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question right ;)
i think it just depends on where you want to be rated in his life. Do you want to be his main lady, or just a just a diversion until he figures out what he wants???? I think you know the answer to that!
look past her... absolutely.
look past him? well, if he can not give you what you want, then honey wait for the right person who can. You only owe that to yourself =)

Don't be with any dude that doesn't 100 % want to be with you. You are too smart to be sweating over some dude. You have plenty of time and there are plenty of fish in the sea. and if you don't like fish i recommend the shrimp...lol..Good luck.
