With a Intel Celeron Processor, you won't be able to use Microsoft Vista. you want a Intel midsection 2 Duo to break even. also, 2GB DDR2-533/667 RAM IS A ought to! in case you do not have the bread to improve, follow XP. P.s. The Vista has coated the XP MCE in it. (and AERO Interface)
