I did have several Fighting Bettas already and I really like them very much. But what I really want is a betta with vivid colour, beautiful finnage etc. Where is the best place I can get them in Singapore, example a Half Moon?

Do you live in Singapore? If so, they should be easier to find as many are bred there (even ones shipped to North America). If you mean you want one imported from there, most places already do something similar.
As for ones such as half moons, they're much more common these days as many breeders are focusing on them, whereas pet stores mostly only sell veil tails and the occaisional crown tail (also marketed as "clown tail" at some places). Check online for local breeders, they're your best bet for beautiful, healthy bettas.
