Because the people we put in office is totally "F up" that is what make the world "F up".

Why increase pay to people that is given there life when the people who are in office can keep it for them self. Why care about supporting the families of those who are fighting for us, you know why because they are SO greedy that if the could pay us with peanuts they would and that is what makes the world so "F" up.
