There's alot. For me, it was:

1. I "felt" pregnant in my head.
2. I got cramps, but no period.
3. I started having to go pee alot.
4. I was suddenly tired all the time.
5. I could smell everything.
6. Nothing tasted like it used to.
7. My appetite went away.
8. I started getting naseous randomly.
9. Constipation, and really bad gas.
10. Boobs went up in size.

Overall hormonal changes. Besides the horrible
sickness many women experience, you might
suddenly feel confused, angry,agitated, overly
sensitve, forgetful,anti-sociable,Or the opposite
of all these.Either way,expect CHANGES.

Also, your need for intimacy, especially physical-
intimacy, is likely to increase. This could mean
a higher sex drive, or simply feeling more cuddly.
Again, it is opposite with some women, sadly.

the tell tail is usually tender breasts, around the sides especially. then there is cramping, but really mild (commonly). Appetite may be increased, fatigue etc
I am only really going by what i experienced, everyone is different.
i felt sick too, but not like i was going to throw up, my stomach just turned now and again.
If you are pregnant, just go with the flow of your body. That worked for me. if you are tired sleep. if you are hungry, eat etc. just take care. good luck =)

Everyone experiences different things, but exhaustion is a major one. You're tired for the first trimester, then it gets better for most people. Also, you're emotional, can have tender breasts, cravings, morning sickness and maybe acne too.

Not trying to be graphic here.. my first signs of pregnancy were my nipples got larger and darker. They went from pink to dark red and it was definitely noticeable. And I got that a week before my tests came up positive. (I failed two epts)

Lots of symptoms mimic pms symptoms, but my difference was sore breasts with pain under my armpits. Weird I know.
